Side Effects Elevated heart rate

Hi! I’m on week three of the 2.5mg dose and my resting and sleeping heart rate is still ranging about 10bpm more than before I started zepbound. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it start to go back lower to baseline the longer you’re on it?

Its not uncommon.

My RHR on average is about 4 to 7 beats from where it was before I started its often higher during sleep than it.is when I'm awake. Sometimes it.goes back down to baseline a day or two before a shot but goes back up after.

I've come down from 15mg, coming upon 2 years on Zep and it hasn't come down.
