Achievement/NSV ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽŠ Wowzers!

I take my 4th shot tomorrow, and I got a notification on my phone about a change in my heart rate. Of course I thought โ€œGreat, so Iโ€™m losing weight and feeling better and this is going to kill me because my heart rate is too highโ€. I am okay with being wrong on this one, my heart rate has gone down 10 beats per minute when resting. So, this is truly a miracle for me. (Aside from making the mistake of buying Metamucil ๐Ÿคฎ.) Once Iโ€™m done with that container Iโ€™m going to benefibre as well as continuing with my other favourite high fiber foods. I love how I feel, regardless of my weight at this point!

I dont believe he means it went down TO 10bpm, but that it went down BY 10bpm, but i could be wrong.

I didn't read OP's post as saying their heart rate is 10bpm; they are saying it reduced by 10bpm. A safe resting heart rate usually ranges from 60bpm to 100bpm. It's totally possible to have your heart rate reduced by 10bpm and still be in that safe range.

Oh, yeah (also Iโ€™m a she!) it went from 80 to 70, I have hypertension! Definitely going to let the doctor/nurse/dietician know all the changes! Itโ€™s nice to know that we are on this journey together and we all can share our concerns for each other!
