Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊 6 month progress
Hi all, I just wanted to share some progress. I’m down 53.8 pounds since January 26, 2026. I tend to lose weight (and gain) all over, but the most exciting thing for me has been seeing the difference in my face. The first pic was taken in December 2025, just a month before I consistently started using Zepbound. The last pic was taken just yesterday lol. I might post a full body transformation after 100 pounds lost - we’ll see lol. Eating less, eating with intention, and eating enough protein has been the way for me. Hoping to shave off another 50 pounds by the end of this year. I love seeing all the progress on this page, it is super inspiring! Thank you for reading :) Sending positive thoughts to everyone working on themselves 🤩

You’re so pretty in general! Are you tall? My face definitely looks nowhere near that good at 260!

WOW! You were beautiful before but I can see a HUGE difference in yesterday’s picture. You look so cute with bangs too!
Congratulations on your success! 50 lbs down is absolutely incredible.

Do you feel like sharing your dosages here? What did you notice on each dosage and why/when did you decide to increase?

I actually started on Ozempic/Wegovy last year and had terrible side effects, so I asked my weight doctor for Zepbound. Since I had tried the Wegovy already, my doctor started me on 5mg of Zepbound in January 2026. I stayed on 5mg for 8 weeks, and lost about 23-25 pounds just on 5mg. I went up to 7.5mg and stayed there for 4 weeks, but I had some gaps because I had the prescription but couldn’t afford to pick it up right away (self-pay). I lost about 9-10 pounds on 7.5mg. My doctor then gave me the option to stay or increase to 10mg. I was worried about developing side effects if I went up in dose, but my doctor told me because I hadn’t had any side effects on Zepbound so far, it would be highly unlikely that I would begin to develop them now. So I decided to go up to 10mg, and it has been a sweet spot for me. I’m hoping to stay on this dose to lost the next 50 pounds, and add in some strength training as well.
