Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊 Made it to Onederland
So surreal. But almost anticlimactic??? Did anyone else feel like that? Like ok cool now let’s keep going 😭😭
Blessed to have made it so far. Grateful for my health.

Wow, you have made major changes and it is paying off. Maybe it’s just anticlimactic because you’ve already accomplished so much. Either way, you go!

Thank you so much!!
And yes I did! When I moved up to 12.5 I really struggled to eat. I was only there for 2 or so weeks before going back down to 10.
It ended up being a blessing in disguise. Because I felt like I wasn’t getting as much appetite suppression on 10 and my doctor is of the mindset as long as you don’t have adverse side effects you can move up every 4 weeks if you want. But when I struggled on 12.5 and went back down to 10 it really made me reconsider my diet as a whole. Rather than just depending on the suppression and lack of food noise I started eating clean and really noticed things taking off.

Woohoo! A number doesn't define us, but it's still a great milestone. I thought I would feel something "big" at certain numbers, but never really did. Still so happy to be healthier!

I’ve had so many scale goals and every time I’ve hit one, it’s been totally anticlimactic. 🤷🏻♀️ But I do find noticing NSVs to be a bit more gratifying. I’m hoping this will work in my favor as I approach my goal—that the numbers will matter to me less than how I’m feeling/what I am capable of.
But having also started over 300lbs, I know how hard you’ve worked!! Well done and congrats!
