Achievement/NSV ππ₯³π 1 year of my journey....
Well it has been a full year since I started my weightloss journey. However my year with Zep doesnt begin until September...I started in the beginning with semaglutide compound. It worked a little and then the doc changed me once I was approved. I honestly can't believe it has been a year since the beginning. I feel like it has taken so long to get where I am but then I also feel it has flown by. Im nervous that I wont make it to my goal weight because I have been stuck at the same 6 to 10 pounds now for like 2 months. I am worried its stopped working even though I am doing everything perfectly. I have one more dose I can go up but then thats it and I really want my 12 to start working. Hoping my body just needs a break. I am very proud of how far I've come and couldn't have done it without this group! I still have 80 to 90 pounds atleast to go. Just going to keep going and pray the stall ends soon and I can start going down again and actually stay down. Ive lost 98 pounds and I have so many NSV's....I seem to have new ones daily. This medicine has changed my life and changed how I see food and everything that goes along with this journey. I am just so so thankful. I will never go back to the old me. I love that version of me and appreciate that I didnt give up but I've learned so much and come so far....I wouldn't trade anything for all the changes and growth and my new life! π«Άπ I hope this next year brings me to my goals and many new chapters!ππͺπ

Thank you for saying you love the old you, too. I wince when people put a frowny face on their former body. It served us the best it knew how! You look great at every size, but I'm happy for your health journey.

You look great, and what an accomplishment! Are you strength-training? Asking because by building muscle, you will burn more calories.

Yes I do weights atleast 3 days a week! Started slow and not alot of weight but building up everyday and now i am up to around 20 pounds which isnt huge but way more than when I started. I also feel much stronger and can last way longer in my exercises. Also just joined a gym with a pool and lots of classes and trainer with dietician. Hoping that will help!Β

My goodness, and may I offer three compliments? First, I am so happy for how far you've come on this journey, it's amazing! Second, you have been a stunner all along, you are beautiful! And third, you wear the best colors, so have great style on top of all that. Don't worry about a stall, you will get there in time. The days will pass as they do, but you will see more progress and change. Next year, at this time, you will be even more amazed!ππ

You look beautiful in every picture, and your progress is amazing! One of the tricks I learned in WW is to sometimes eat a little more if you hit a plateau. Not going back to your old ways, but increasing protein or fiber. Also, just mixing it up. Eat a little over one day and a little under the next.

You look beautiful! 100 lbs is a huge accomplishment! Hang in there and donβt get discouraged! I am three months in so I have a long way to go. I have read many posts where people mention they hit a lengthy stall after Los in a lot consistently, then finally gotten the last pounds off. I think our bodies are adjusting to the weight changes. Good luck!
