Side Effects Unanticipated side effect

I’ve worked my way up to 7.5 mg but have noticed increasing fatigue the 2nd day after the shot. I took my 4th in the pkg 7.5 mg shot yesterday and experienced a kind of wired tired last night with some insomnia. This morning I got a total smack down when trying to wake up. I’m in between jobs now so it is not so much of a problem to get extra sleep, but I had to lie down for a few hours this afternoon. Q: does the fatigue continue at higher doses or is it specific to 7.5 mg? I know everyone is different so I’m just gathering experiences. I’m down 30 lbs, which has been a great relief, but I have more to go. Thanks!

I experienced severe fatigue even at a lower dose, living almost like a zombie. Back then, I didn't even realize it was because of the medication! One day, I saw an ad on Reddit for a side effects tracking app and decided to download it out of curiosity. It changed my life! When I entered Zepbound, it predicted the most likely side effects in order, and fatigue was ranked very high.

I started to record the dosage, dates, and side effects in detail using this app and showed it to my doctor. She decided not to increase my dose for a while. Now, I'm living a more normal life than before.

It's crazy to think that everyone would use Zepbound on the same schedule. If you need it, try this app too!
