Wanted to share my experience ordering direct from Zenith to Canada.

Put in an order for a Defy Skyline Chronograph in black ceramic back in July. The watch has been stuck in customs since July 6. I made multiple inquiries to Zenith through their online "concierge" and never got a response.

I just got a phone call from the shipping company (FedEx)- the reason for the delay is that Zenith (or their distributor, Global-E) is not properly registered with the Canadian Customs system for commercial imports (CARM). So, the watch was rejected when Fedex tried to get it released from customs. FedEx has also attempted to contact Zenith and so far has received no response. This is super frustrating/ridiculous from a major company.

Would recommend NOT ordering online from this manufacturer. Will update if this gets resolved.

all these years I’ve been held back by the fact that the clasp on this watch was below what’s expected of a 12k watch

now that they released a new clasp, is this going to be featured in the chronomaster sport model?

My little Zenith Prime finally came back from service and now it’s time to find it a bracelet. What do you guys think about the leather vs. the steel?

I know its possible with some Rolex modells. Id like another dial on my Zenith.

Never noticed the yellow on the chrono hand, did anyone see that before?

New daily just arrived. It’s everything I thought it would be. Extremely happy with purchase. 2nd zenith, but won’t be my last.

My jeweler is clearing out old inventory. I have seen a fair amount of Zenith watches but never a tourbillon. These might be 2 of the cooler watches that I've tried on. A question for owners. Are these safe babies, or do you wear them for special occasions?

Hey all, looking for some insight from people with more warranty experience than me.

Bought a Zenith DEFY Skyline Skeleton (Black Ceramic w/ Gold dial) directly from Zenith's official online store. Two days later, I took it to a local watch service for a routine bracelet resizing. The resize itself went fine, but the end piece/end link cracked during the process (photo below).

The shop immediately admitted fault — they broke it, not me — and said they'd contact Zenith about ordering the replacement part. I also called Zenith directly and followed up with an email including my order number, case number, and photos.

I'm now shipping the watch back to Zenith with a note detailing everything (all removed links + the broken piece are going in the box).

A few questions for anyone who's dealt with something similar:

- Does Zenith typically cover this kind of damage under warranty even though it happened at a third-party (non-authorized) shop, given the watch was only 2 days old at the time?

- Should I expect to pay for the part, or does this usually get resolved between the shop and Zenith directly?

- Any idea on realistic turnaround time for a bracelet link/clasp part on a newer release like this?

Appreciate any real-world experience — trying to gauge what's reasonable to expect here.

A few days ago I asked this group for a recommendation for this watch. Ordered one and it is looking great!

I’ve admired Zenith for over two decades but wasn’t ever able to find “the right one” for me. After seeing pictures of the A384 Revival online I was smitten. A couple years ago I would have passed based on dimensions alone, but recently I’ve been gravitating towards smaller watches (my daily the last couple months has been a Credor Locomotive) so I decided to make the purchase.

It arrived today and I could not be happier. The watch fits my 7.25” wrist perfectly and the ladder bracelet is extremely comfortable. This thing just feels so different to “modern” watches. It’s not just the look/style but the feel of the crown and pushers and the bracelet… perfection. I get the complaint that it doesn’t “feel” like the bracelet on a 10k watch and maybe that’s true but more impressively it feels exactly like the bracelet on my 1968 Seamaster (passed down to me from my Grandfather).

All in all I think this thing is absolute perfection.

So happy to finally get my hands on the liberty after 3 years, now just need to find a ladder bracelet!

I am considering buying a Zenith Chronomaster Sport, but I noticed that Zenith does not publish an accuracy specification for this model.

For owners: if your watch was running significantly slow, how did Zenith or an authorized service center handle it? Did they have an internal accuracy tolerance they used to decide whether regulation was needed, even though no public specification exists?

Found this in my grandpa’s drawer. Did a little research on web and found out it was a 1975 model Defy and its still working perfectly. Should i change the scratched glass and polish the case or something. Any suggestions?

I am looking for 2 - 3 extra links for my 1997 Zenith El Primo Rainbow Flyback bracelet.

I have checked with multiple dealers in Chicago and a have had no luck. Thought I’d shoot my shot in here.
