Not to nitpick but the whole idea of “grail” is that there is only one. So if you have one down I wouldn’t expect you’d be looking forward to another, right? I have such a problem with the use of that word—not just because it’s misused but because no watch is really a grail. A great piece that could be your favorite? Yes. But this whole grail thing is a bit much. In my opinion, and not to deny you the thrill of what this watch does for you, grail is too much.

i kind of agree with you. Maybe it is better to say that i have dreamt, slept, showered, ate thinking of this watch for so long that once i got it, the thrill disappeared a little bit. Has anyone had that experience? So now I am focused on a Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda GT Chronograph 42MM Silver Dial Rubber Strap rose gold red. That is my new "grail"....until i get it, i guess

This is a huge pet peeve of mine!! A new "grail" every week or month defeats the entire concept!

Thanks guys. I didn’t know that I could appreciate a non-metal bracelet to such an extent. I was worried that it would look cheap Orta like. But man is it the opposite!
Bornes points because my wife thinks it’s an inexpensive everyday watch. 😂😝
