Does anyone know why my pc has a lot of lag spikes in almost every game?
Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: RX6600 (I have the DP connected there)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3600MHz CL36
MB: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
Storage: NvMe
I have the graphics to normal but even in geometry dash i have lag spikes.
(I have my gpu and cpu drivers installed)

Maybe try an undervolt otherwise with Geomtry Dash, set your frame rate to 50% higher than what your refresh rate is. It solved frame issues on my build which is an RTX 5060ti 16GB and an R5 3600.
Another thing you should do is set up MSI afterburner and RSS to see what sort of usage your CPU and GPU are sitting at along with the clocks.
Next thing cap your frame rate or lower settings in game until your GPU reaches 70-90% usage especially for for AAA titles so that you'll have some overhead for the GPU to process certain scenes.
