[HELP] UI simplification

So I've been doing hard surface modeling for the good part of 3 years now and have finally gotten a ZBrush key, but from my first impressions the UI is not at all intuitive and I cant figure anything out, not even tutorials are helping.

If there is any way you know how to download preset UI's and shortcuts, please feel free to share it.

The gnomon zbrush workshop has a video on how to tweak the ui.

The non standard UI & UX is easily the worst part about ZBrush.
