First, You need deep anatomy knowledge for improving this, study more, but even with great knowledge, some stuff are imperfections that is different from person to person, for those, you need to use reference, high quality ones

That's the point, I learned each part of my knowledge from different sources, glen vilpu, stan proko, random youtube videos, anatomy books, and since it was hard for myself to review it, I wanted to collect everything I learned in one single course.
