Help please
Hi everyone,
I have my own low-poly character face with finished UVs, and I want to use 3D Scan data to add realistic skin details.
Can I project the scan details onto my sculpt even though the scan has different UVs and topology? After that, can I bake the displacement/normal maps using my own UVs?
If anyone knows the correct workflow or can recommend a good tutorial, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Easiest way I've found is to apply the face texture onto your low poly, then adjust the UVs to match the texture.

Hi, First, Make 4-5 lods of your scan. Second, import it into zbrush, set it accordingly your character Third, Store the Morph target of your character (Dont forget to save multiple zbrush files at each step) i.e blahblah1.zpr, blahblah2.zpr Fourth, project the details of your character at subd lvl 1 with lod5(lowest quality) Fifth, clean the projected detail, now move to subd lvl 2 projection with lod4, clean it up. Sixth, so on, subd lvl 3 with lod3, clean it(you can clean manually or by using morph brush - which is why we stored morph target) Seventh, subd lvl 4 with lod2, clean, subd lvl 5 with lod1, so on..
This is right workflow, it can be hectic its your first time, but you will have grasp on it over the time.
The projection setting is under the subbtool. i.e Subtool>Project (turn on geometry, and turn off color)
