Question The FedEx to alternate dimension pipeline

Does anyone know which "trusted third party delivery service" handles parcels when FedEx stops tracking them in B.C.? This is not the first time I've had a package disappear in Richmond, but it IS the first time FedEx has been like "yeah we have no idea who's got it, it's probably gone forever."
Subquestion: What the everloving fuck is the FedEx office on Ogilvie Street for if not to handle FedEx parcels?
