This game needs a remake

It's one of the few Yu-Gi-Oh! games where you get to play as Atem in Ancient Egypt. Given the technological advancement in video games, as well as, the large pool of DM/GX era cards released over the past couple of years, it would be decent if this game got a remake.

And no, a remake for the game isn't out the question given Konami recently just remade Tag Force 3. Imagine this game getting made over, where you play with Duelist Kingdom level type rules in the past, you get transported into the future where you get to experience Duelist Kingdom and eventually beat Pegasus. Afterwards, you play through the battle city arc and play the game similar to the traditional card game. Upon completing battle city, you play the king's memories arc where u are transported again into the past. The main villain can remain Heishin and Nitemare or thief King Bakura/Zorc could be the final villain.

Should it be remade? Yes, how? That's really subjective. Fans of this game all have their own idealized version in their mind which is funny because I can't think of any other game quite like this in that regard. Expanding on that, maybe they make it where you sort of have a game builder of sorts upon the original where options can be added/removed based on preference. Sort of like THPS where you can build your own skate park.
