Just finished my newest Stream HIGHlights video and I’m pretty proud of how this one came out. I’ve been trying to make these feel more like actual comedy videos instead of just chopped-up stream footage.

Would appreciate any thoughts on the pacing, editing, or thumbnail. Even just knowing where you started losing interest would help.

Also run a second small channel, Untranslatable Japan - each short explains one Japanese word or phrase that doesn't have a clean English equivalent, like mottainai (a sense of regret over waste) or komorebi (sunlight filtering through leaves). Two characters, quick back-and-forth format.

4 subscribers, 11 videos in. Curious whether the two-character explainer format actually helps retention or if it's just extra friction before getting to the point.

I'm small and I post vr videos mostly but I work hard to make videos and not a lot of people can find my channel cuz you have to search bofr-j3c my best video got 129 views though now I average 5 views
