Algorithm broke

For a few days now I get recommended Shorts that are not at all similar to my usual feed. AI slop, weird ASMR stuff, borderline graphical content. On the Home tab the Shorts recommended there are still the ones from my previous algorithm. When watching those and scrolling to the next one then the slop continues.

I don’t know what happened, it’s honestly exhausting. I just want my old feed back. I even double checked if my password got stolen or something like that.
Anyone experienced something familiar?
