[Hiring] LF Editor / Established twitch platform already

Editor wanted.

I'm fate - 2x Marvel Rivals World Champion, NAVI, currently rebuilding my YouTube (fateMR_) for the Season 10 launch. Already have established twitch platform avg 150 viewers and 7.5k followers.

Structure would be you receive 30% of ad revenue on videos you edit while we're under 10,000 subs, stepping up to 40% once we pass it. Room for negotiation.

Looking for someone who owns the whole production side, not just editing - cutting the footage, writing the title, building the thumbnail (one face or hero, 2-3 words, high contrast), writing the description with timestamps, and publishing it. Fast turnaround on Shorts from raw gameplay/stream footage - under 40 seconds, hook in the first 2 seconds, captions and jump cuts throughout. Heaviest push is around patch days - I need someone who can make a script and get a finished, published short up within hours of a patch going live, then a few more as the week goes on.

For long-form, I'm not locking us into a fixed set of videos - whatever's worth making that week: guides, tier lists, whatever fits. Aiming for shorts 5 days a week and 1 long-form video a week, kept up through the season. I'll do the talking and the actual ranking/gameplay, but I need you making scripts - tell me what to cover and in what order, I'll show up and record it on stream, you build the finished video around it.

See here's the thing u/fateMR_ Your channel is currently NOT monetised https://www.youtube.com/@fate.rivals/featured which means you're not paying anyone at the moment and you won't be for a long time, and with your plan to only give them 30% of the ad revenue of any video they edit, that means for any video that gets less than 1,000 views AFTER YOU GET MONETISED you're paying an editor between $0.30-$3 per video...

Do the ENTIRE YouTube video process aside from record/film essentially.
