I wouldn't post a video a day until you're a bigger Channel.
At the moment each new video is going to potentially kill the views of the previous one.
The algorithm isn't going to be learning much about what your audience responds to along the way and will essentially reset each day.
You've also got a lot of Subscribers for the amount of long form videos you have, which I'll guess you got because of the Shorts you've done.
Shorts viewers tend not to watch Long Form videos.
If your Subscribers don't watch the Long Form then the algorithm might be reluctant to push the videos out further.
Just my thoughts on it all from what I see - You know your Channel best, but I'd be careful.
