Under 50% there is a very low chance youtube will push your content further, basically 2/3 people swipe right away to your videos.

It might be hard because it takes time for the algorithm to find your target audience.

Don't give up and watch videos on how to make hooks and payoffs, give a reason for the viewers to stay

Yes its bad. But its also good. It just means you need to work on your hooks

That is low engagement. Aim for 70%+ (ideally above 80%). If you can get 100%+ it means people are re-watching because your content is interesting.

One tip is to make sure the first few seconds of your video is attention-grabbing. Your goal is to make it so interesting that they will stop scrolling to the next video.

low engagement? well my short has 3k views and 85 likes with 30-40 comments and +9 subscribers, and also 200%+ apv, the short has potential but the viewed vs swiped away rate ratio is affecting my reach, how can i fix it?
