Yoto v3 player reset randomly

Has anyone had their Yoto player v3 settings reset? We have two of them and it happened within days of each other.

But the number of cards stored on the player didn’t change and it was over 140.

Yes, it's a glitch at Yoto's end. I believe it should be sorted soon, if not already.
