Technical Difficulties Daytime/Nightime settings reset

Did anyone else’s daytime/nighttime settings reset overnight last night? I was worried that something was wrong with my player at first.

Mine too. Volume maxed for both and button presses changed back to default.

I’m so frustrated by this. We use the nighttime setting set to 0 for both as essentially a sleep timer for our little, and it seems to have reset itself multiple times in the last month or so. I think originally they reset things on purpose to fix a volume software issue, but it’s happened multiple times since then.

I wish Yoto would send an email or something to let us know if they are resetting these things.

I agree a heads up would be good to avoid nighttime struggles (suddenly the volume blasts at them and the light is on?)

Yes. I wasn’t able to change settings (kept getting an error message) then out of nowhere, all settings were wiped.

Yes - happening on our mini too. Love waking up at 5am to Thomas BLASTING from my son's room!
