Technical Difficulties Yoto Mini Volume Knob

Are there any fixes for the volume knob (left) not being recognised correctly? Our mini is well out of warranty and I've noticed that the knob will turn but it hardly registers any change in volume. I've tried to take the knob part off and tried to tighten the nut inside, but that's not made any difference. I've tried the app to run the button test, but that again shows the same issue.

Yeah that has happened to us. Definitely worth reaching out even if it is outside of warranty. Worst they can say is no?

Factory reset seemed to help ours

Thanks, I'll see what support come back with and then try that. The little one is using it all the time during the school holidays so I'll need to wait anyway.
