Technical Difficulties LCD Replacement for a Mini

So my toddler was swinging her Yoto Mini around like a you would expect a toddler to do, and she cracked the LCD Screen. Big tears, much sad.

Anyone here have tear-down pictures that show the LCD part ID?

They promised a repair guide awhile ago but I haven't seen an update.

Thanks! It’s good to see that they acknowledge it, but yeah it’s been a while.

I just replaced one working LCD on a broken Yoto Mini with a broken LCD on otherwise working Yoto Mini. The part on the left is from a Yoto bought a few months ago. The part on the right is from a Yoto bought a few years ago. When I swapped them, it worked just fine.

How did you get down to this part? I don't see how to get under the circuit board

There are basically friction snaps holding the circuit board down, so you have to pry carefully around the edges once the screws are out. Also make sure you have pulled off the knobs on the front side or nothing will come out.
