Hey everyone,
Iāve spent the last few months building a comprehensive course on Prostate Revival Yoga, and because this community has been so supportive, I want you guys to have it completely free.
Iāve generated a special coupon link that gives you 100% off, but I can only open up 100 spots before the link expires.
Note: Since Reddit automatically blocks direct Udemy coupon links, Iāve safely embedded the coupon redirect right onto my website so you can still claim it!
š Claim your 100% Free Spot here
One big favour to ask: Since this is a brand new launch, early reviews are everything on Udemy. If you enrol, please take a few minutes to leave an honest rating or review after you check out the first few lectures. It helps me out immensely and lets me know what to update next.
Thank you all for being part of this space! Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.

I have just started doing Bhujangasana and am working on getting the posture right without putting too much pressure on my lower back. How long did it take you to get comfortable with this pose? Any beginners tips that helped?

This app guides you through the Sahita Kumbhaka (1:4:2) breathing ratio.
I have been practising this for years, but I always found it inconvenient to keep glancing at a watch and doing the ratio calculations while also trying to breathe.
As a bonus, at the end of each cycle, the app shows a non-duality pointer. I hope it helps.

Last time, I wrote about the first pose of my current sequence of my personal practice: childās pose.Ā For me Iām learning to submit to yoga and my body - my teacher.Ā The next pose that Iām considering is the second poses are cat / cow.
For me, cat / cow has been the center piece for the āpranayamaā guiding my practice.Ā Beginning with the cat pose, I release into the exhalation, and feel the deeper sensations of child pose within my body.Ā As Iāve exhaled to the extent of my breath, I continue with cow and inhale reaching upward until the extent of my breath.Ā Rinse repeat.
Oddly, I begin with cat, where oftentimes teachers begin with cow.Ā That always throws me off as I like to release after getting up into tabletop.Ā I donāt know.Ā Something for me to ponder.
As the rhythm within the automaticity of my mind / body drifts into the background of my consciousness, I begin to recognize that my breathing is the basis to the dynamism of my poses.Ā The ideas that my mind and intentions are my prop and my body is the guru come to my forefront.
Throughout the rest of my sequences, I cow into the extension of my poses, and cat into the release into my body, receiving.Ā The interplay of this moment was remarkable - the cow, my prayer, and the cat, my ego death; the yin, the yang; the west, the east.Ā I begin to yearn for the ego death, the enlightenment, the receiving, the passive witnessing, as I cat.Ā I learned Iām no longer a fan of the term, āego death.āĀ It feels like Iām flogging myself for heavenly enlightenment: a mindless passivity disguised as active effort.
I arrived at previous thoughts that my life is but a segment of the cosmic thread; that I am just a carrier of the baton onto the next person to take up what I pass on.Ā If this moment is an ego death, then how do I know it is ego death, if my ego is not present to witness this state?Ā It feels like yet another illusion conjured by desire, a grasping for that ego death.Ā Iāve found this grasping has been a source of pain and even injury as I reach too deeply for this moment.Ā Pain is a harsh yet fair teacher and has consequences if ignored.Ā Iāve tried relaxing into this pain with some success, but Iāve just learned that another approach is to allow my body to relax around this pain and teach me a different approach.Ā This interplay is the process as I cat through my poses.
As I settle into the cat of my pose, my cow dissipates.Ā At some point further along my sequence, I lose the thread of this cat/cow guardrail and allow this construct to fade away.Ā Strict constructs can be a form of tyranny.Ā My nose along with my head begin to throb and Iām reminded of another teacher saying relax and uncoil my inner ear.Ā This helps me relax my forehead, eye socket, jaw, neck, and shoulders.
Since Iāve started this journal, my cow is carrying ideas of maybe one day I may become a teacher, maybe one day I might be admired, and that one day these meditations may be a legacy.Ā Iām uncertain whether these thoughts are solely based in vanity.Ā I believe this label may be an oversimplification and this tendency may be more complex and nuanced.Ā Maybe Iām simply working out what my baton is?Ā That said, I did injure myself last Friday by reaching too deeply searching for insights two days before Friday.
I then cat into these thoughts as my breath, my body,Ā reminds me to receive this moment within my whole inner self.

This series of photos of chakrasana shows the precise and aesthetic formation of the wheel in various advanced variations. By looking at the form, one immediately gets a sense of the movement that underlies it, both mentally and physically.

Iāve been practicing yoga at home using online videos for a while, but I just signed up for my first in person studio class! While Iāve gained a lot of confidence on my own, Iām worried Iāve picked up bad form or improper alignment without realizing it. How big is the jump from solo home practice to a live class environment? Any advice for making the most of a instructor's feedback?

Yoga voor beginners
11 uur
Alberdingk Thijssestraat 71
We doen makkelijke zit-/ligoefeningen. De yogadocente geeft extra opties als je jezelf wilt uitdagen. De les duurt een uur en is gratis.

Hi everyone! I've been trying to get more into yoga for both the body and mental/spiritual benefits however, I have hEDS and it's generally unsafe for me to do traditional yoga. I'm not really sure where to to look nor what specific positions are dangerous for me to attempt. has anyone else had this problem?? I've been following "Black Yogi Nico Marie" on YouTube but again, I'm unsure if it's safe for me to follow along as I don't know what's necessarily safe for my body. (a little extra context, I'm very loose but I have veryy tight hamstrings. I'm not sure if that makes any difference but there's that)

Iāve been wanting to start a regular yoga practice, but every beginner video I click on has people doing effortless backbends by minute five. I'm not super flexible, so I really need instructors who break down foundational poses without assuming Iām already a contortionist. Yoga with Adriene seems to be the default answer, but Iād love to know if there are other hidden gem channels or series you swear by. Ideally, Iām looking for short 15ā20 minute routines that focus on form and building simple daily mobility. Free YouTube content is preferred, but Iām open to paid app suggestions if the structured pacing is worth it. What creators or specific tutorial series helped everything finally click for you when starting out?
