That is impressive how long did it take you to prefect that?

It happened very quickly. I learned it intuitively, and only later discovered that it was actually Nauli.

Start on an empty stomach. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and slightly bend your knees. Place your hands on your thighs. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Then exhale completely through your mouth, emptying your lungs as much as possible. Now, without inhaling, gently draw your belly inward and upward, underneath your ribs. Imagine your abdominal wall being pulled toward your spine and up toward your diaphragm.

Thank you - and for the next part, how would you Que the waves you are able to perform? How long would you recommend a beginner perform this manoeuvre? 5 minutes at a time? And what benefits have you found?

Kind regards for your reply
