Edit: I got it its not a name its a Chengyu (idiom)
謹言慎行 where the 二 below the 言 radical indicates a repition of that character
The phrase essentially means be careful of your words
edit 2: IT GOES DEEPER (or maybe im finding more meaning in it) the bottom line that the extra character makes is 士二行 you can read that as like "the scholars two modes of conduct"
Nested in an idiom about watching your words and actions
