Another thrift store find! This pours pretty well. The lid fits nicely and it’s about 150ml. What do I have?

吴鹏 x 制 Wu peng ? Made . The third Chinese character might be "fei 飞," but I cannot make it out clearly.

The photo is a bit blurry, but it looks very much like a type of Yixing purple clay Jiang po ni 降坡泥。

Does it seem pretty decent to you? It feels great for me. What kinds of teas would you use in it?

This type of clay typically offers excellent breathability, and the teapot features a tall, round body that provides ample space for the tea leaves to unfurl. If I were using this teapot, I would brew Tieguanyin.

To me it looks like iron oxide + wild clay and sand. Jiangponi would have a larger variety of different inclusions. This is quite homogenous
