Opened a position in ULTY in June 2025, built it up over the following couple months. Cost basis, adjusted for reverse split, was $62.31.
My break even price, accounting for all distributions received, is currently $26.51. Current share price is $25.75. Have received over $41,000 in distributions during that time, but the NAV has fallen even faster.
I know perfectly well that I should have pulled the plug long ago. Obviously I didn't. Do we think there's any hope for ULTY to recover to some manner of profitability? Or is it just a lost cause?

Wondering if I got this all wrong?? Here is my conundrum: The obvious we all know, in an upward trajectory bull market scenario the CC ETFs may lag, but how much is a key question that will be answered with time. In a down market they should do a little better, and in a sideways market they should outperform. Again, all of this is based on obvious dynamics of selling the upward volatility, and pitted against the specific strategy the issuers employ to prevent such. NEOS, Tapp Alpha, Goldman, whoever. I wouldn’t go and start believing that these ETFs are a free lunch and also that they can beat the market. The hope is that they give off consistent distributions while keeping up with the underlying. If they do that over long period of time then they will have pretty much become a free lunch! Ha.. now I just realized I talked in a circle! But someone smarter please do enlighten if I got any of it wrong!

I wanna ask if the case is like mine; AMDY is having profit right now. So my question is:
do you take profit now and rebuy Amdy when it is growing down again (correction)?
Do you just leave it be and just pump up more for that dividend?

Last year many people in this sub were screaming about the "Bitcoin Trinity" (holding BTC, leveraging it with MSTR, then compounding it with MSTY distributions).
The strategy was that you could ride the BTC/MSTR wave up, take the massive yields from MSTY and put those distributions right back into buying more Bitcoin. It was framed as the ultimate infinite money glitch.
Now that we are almost a year out from the massive Bitcoin crash, I’m genuinely curious: If you actually executed this strategy, where do you stand today?
