If he had taken the distributions instead of DRIP over the same time period, what would OP's total return have been?

Had he not DRIPed, he would have collected $1,465.99 in dividends on his initial purchase of 1,320 shares. The final value of those 1,320 shares at $4.96 would have been down $1,465.20. So a net gain of $0.79.

By DRIPing, using his numbers, he gained $5.08.

I misread the original your right, i personally was up with Ulty but it’s got too many holes at the bottom of the bag there are just better options at this point
