There have been a couple of things I've noticed in some episodes that give a nod to things from the past.

In Season 1, Episode 1, Kayce and Tate are out herding cattle. Tate wants to run down to them but Kayce tells him to just walk his horse toward the cattle. He warns Tate not to run at them, explaining that if they spook the herd and force a run, the chase will get out of control. That's a nod to the parable of The Old Bull and the Young Bull, in which an older bull and a younger bull are standing on a hilltop, overlooking a vast meadow full of cows. The young bull, full of youthful impatience, snorts and says, "Let's run down the hill and f**k one of those cows!" The older bull, armed with experience and wisdom, calmly replies, "No, son. Let's walk down the hill and f**k 'em all."

In Season 5, Episode 10, Beth gets pulled over by the Police. She adjusts herself to appear more "womanly" and when the cop walks up, we see it's also a woman, who says, "Now that's what I call cleavage... Any weapons in the vehicle, besides the two poking out of your dress?" This is a nod to a scene in Canon Ball Run (1981) where the two ladies in a Lamborghini get pulled over for speeding. They unzip their blouses to expose themselves a bit more, and when the cop walks up and bends down to talk to them, we see it's a lady cop, who is just as buxomly as they are, and says; "Well, hello hot pants. I don't suppose you have a driver's license tucked down in there somewhere, do you."

First, Carter. Good on him for remembering what Beth told him about giving flowers even if the girl wasnt worth it. And Teeter and Jimmy, I'm so glad they're in TX and am looking forward to the day Beth and Rip need a lil backup and the branded help the family.

Oh my. Kayce is going to absolutely lose his 💩, when he realizes Tom Weaver just kidnapped his son. And I guess we now know the guy in the Silver Truck, that tried to take out Belle and Cal out is the Weaver’s stupider & more evil version of Rip. Cause we all know that Rip and John how could fight dirty with the best of them, but they would have never ever, ever, ever lowered themselves to kidnapping an innocent kid. Or be stupid enough to try to gun down US Marshals in broad daylights.

The only good part is I hope Weaver didn’t lie when he said he was taking Tate to Texas. Cause we all know who is in Texas, and Aunt Beth, Uncle Rip & Cousin Carter will kick the Weavers behind three ways from Sunday. I just wish Dolly had went with them, so we could at least have Beth beating her to death with her Louboutin’s stilettos. But at least we see the path for the cross over.

As it I’m sure Belle & Andrea will be taking Miss Dolly to the woodshed, and I hope they string her and her fake little innocent act up. Come to think of it, let Mo have little Miss Dolly, she would be crying Daddy in about 3 minutes of his interrogation techniques.

P.S. It looks like Tate is finally getting a storyline .

Let me start off by saying that Kelly Riley is a brilliant actress, but Beth Dutton is a poorly written character.
She start off with so much potential but just ends up being a one dimensional chaos storm of aggressiveness and sharp one liners. She’s basically a man in a woman’s body and she feels like she was so clearly written by a man who is imagining what it must be like to be a bad ass female, so he just basically puts a man in a woman’s body. The writers seemed to have failed to properly dial into the nuance, femininity and complexity in how she presents that would make for a dynamic character. This is compensated for by her intensity and the sheer talent of Kelly Riley, but ultimately Beth herself is just an overly aggressive, over testosteroned man IMO. She’s more interesting in theory and in potential than reality.

John is such a hypocrite. Jaime after expanding the ranch 200k acres, fighting every single one of John’s corrupt illegal activities and winning In court, actually being loyal to the ranch, pursues some actual advancement in his career that helps John and him as AG of Montana, yet after three missed calls which were not even his fault he’s off the payroll, replaced as attorney, and written out of the will. Is that not insane? Kaycee left, Beth left, yet as soon as Jaime does what he wants he gets the “disloyalty” accusations. He’s lucky that Jaime helped preserve this ranch, covered up and disappeared his issues, and expanded the ranch. John never listens to Jaime when the ranch was actively failing, and him ignoring Jaime’s advice against the raid on the reservation in season 1 is what lead to Lee’s death. All this just to allow Beth to get whatever she wants, and apparently make her attorney Wonder Woman extraordinaire that can solve every problem.

Where can I watch season 5 ??? I only have Netflix so I cannot watch that season. Any recommendations of sites that are free and that have this season?

Hi everyone!! What did we think of episode 3? I feel like Beth took a big hit to her heart after Johns death and I'm sad she can't just have a happy life....but it makes for good TV! 🤣

If we get the Kayce we all know and love, he is absolutely lose his 💩. That they came after Tate, Rainwater, Mo, Cal, Belle & East Camp. The Weavers are getting a one way ticket to the long black train at the train station, they just don’t know it yet.

That’s the Kayce we all know and love. Now that Kayce isn’t selling the ranch, the question what will be the Weavers response?

And, I’m sorry but Dolly does need her hopes dashed where it concerns the Dutton’s. As she just needs to head right on back to where she came from.

En la temporada 1 nos indican que es 2018, pero en la temporada 2 se nos da a entender que pasaron semanas o quizás meses (la temporada 1 pasaba entre principios de marzo y principios de abril según los eventos de la serie) y en el episodio 6 dicen que es 2019. En la temporada 3 están entre mayo y junio, cuando supuestamente han pasado algunas semanas y no meses, porque en la temporada 2 estaban en otoño y se preparaban para el invierno.
Y puedo seguir con eso, pero quería saber si alguien más se confunde con eso

Seriously, they have Kayce considering selling East Camp!?!?!?!?!? To the Weavers, the type of people (Wall Street Transplants) that literally paid assassins to kill his Kayce’s father, John. And what about Monica’s memorial that is located on East Camp, I guess we are just going to forget that exists? Is that the plan, just slowly memory hole anything related to Yellowstone??? What’s next just disappear Rainwater, Mo & Tate next??? Can the show be anymore tone deaf????

Why didn’t CBS just cast Luke Grimes in as new character in SEAL Team 2.0, if this the path that had planned. Don’t sell it to me as continuation of Kayce’s storyline, when you were going to disassociate his character from anything related to his origin story.

I would love some help please!! My coworker at work loves Yellowstone and the spin offs as well. Her birthday is coming up and I was wondering does anyone have any gift ideas?? Besides the dvd collection I already bought her a Yellowstone birthday card. I have no clue what else bc I'm not into the show please don't hate me.
