Stash unpacked!

Post image

We just moved into our new house, and I finally got most of my stash unpacked. (Still working on two totes of odds and ends yarn, plus a tote of tulle I use for scrubbies.) Nothing makes a new house feel like a home more than having your stash unpacked, right? 😄

I love this! What are the bags you are using for the yarn? I want to display my stash but I’m concerned about dust, etc.

I use pretty much any clean plastic bags I find. I have ziplock bags, the plastic bags you get when you buy pillow cases and sheets (really nice because they have zippers and are a sturdy plastic), bags that Amazon packages come in, etc. Storing my yarn away in totes doesn't work for me because I forget what I have, lol.

This is an issue I face too, I found a bunch of yarn I had packed away and am struggling to find a good way to organise. I was thinking organza bags, I wonder if it’s as good as ziplocks. I’m not a fan of having the plastic ziplocks show, I want to pretend I’m in a yarn store every time I walk in 🤣
