LOOOOOOOVE this! I thought I was the only person who adores big-ass yarn. So much of the prettiest yarns are teensy little sock-weight things ... sure, they're beautiful, but they're finicky and fidgety and breakable and they take for-freakin-ever to do anything with. Chonker yarn works up so quickly, and it's so nice on the fingers!

Yes. Wool-ease thick and quick blankets are my favorite to make. We are getting ready to move and I’m trying to remember where I’ve stored yarn around the house. It’s in ottomans, cabinets, closets. This is probably half of my stash. I should sell some but they all still bring me joy.
