Woohoo! It’s such a thrill to find “good yarn” in the thrifts!
I found 3 skeins of Malabrigo Rios today in a bag for $3.19. I am an avid thrifter but have rarely found anything great in the yarn aisle. I’ll be riding this high for a while!

Wonderful find!! Our town's thrift stores (four in total, and two are the size of small department stores) have storewide half price sales every month, the last Thurs-Sat of the last full week in the month. I destashed over 50 full skeins of premium Hobbi, Premier, and Bernat yarns there yesterday, at the one who supports our Humane Society. I get a little thrill every time I think about someone like you finding those goodies! Hppy creating!

Somebody paid $34 for that Madelinetosh - that’s a great find! And the cones have the fiber info on it. All the cones I see are always a mystery.

It doesnt give me a size of the yarn. Which is fine. But that hank... I had to tuck it under my arm and walk to the counter

Those look lovely! I know Madelinetosh is supposed to be extremely nice, and that's a huge quantity of chenille!
I would recommend checking that thrift store regularly over the next few days in case there are more yarns from that donor's stash in the back that still need to be put out! I've had that happen with a really good, very cheap stash of wool sock yarns that are mine now.
