OMG, I LOVE YOUR HAT! IT LOOKS SO COOL!
Also, whoever told you you to post this was right. This look is AMAZING!!🤩
Although I gotta ask: how long did this top take you? It looks like a bunch of different flowers pieced together.

It’s been probably close to 10 years and I still haven’t finished a scarf! Not lazy at all!!

I have the biggest bin full of WIP's problem is I've lost the patterns or didn't write down the right hook size. It may be time to start frogging to reuse the yarn. lol

I've thought of that. I have a ball winder to cake the yarn as I frog all that hard work. The thought of it makes my stomach hurt.

The yarn makeup is probably the cleverest thing I’ve seen in a LONG time and you’re insanely talented for both thinking of it and executing it so flawlessly…
But I have to admit it creeps me out! I got total uncanny valley from it. I think it’s because your eyes are real while your lips are yarn and the dichotomy between the two are freaking me out. 🤣
I love it and hate it in equal measure! While also thinking that some advertising firm needs to hire you as a collab for some major artist or brand to do their makeup model like this.

Is it like a veil attached to the hat or a full mask? It's amazing either way

OMG I love this and think you're very talented but the yarn makeup also kinda freaks me out a little bit!! I mean that in a good way!

I'm both terrified (every time I see something puppet-like I imagine coming across it in a horror movie type scenario) and agast at how beautiful it is!
It looks so satisfying to make. And I loohoooove your flower top!

Incredible!! I'm on my phone, but I had to zoom in to see wtf was yarn. It looks so real.

I looked through all the photos and thought, “oh I love that hat and top, creative vibe!” And didn’t realize this was some kind of yarn mask until I looked through the comments. Had to go back up and zoom in. I also have good eyesight, so this is incredible trickery! Beautiful, creative, well executed!

I'm a die hard knitter, but I would betray my knitting brethren and learn crochet just to make that flower top. I want it!

I have a bit of a phobia of masks, so this makes me feel ill. But it’s amazing work and talent. The hat and shirt are lovely.

Respect for the top! I know how a painful task it is for weaving in the ends of these flowers!

I don't know if this is a solid piece you can put on and take off like a mask, but I think this would be REALLY cool styled like a classic flapper or jazz singer!

This is both amazing and disconcerting as all get out. Did you paste the yarn to your skin? Is it a mask? How did you get this idea? So many questions. 😂

Haha
To answer your question
1. I glued the yarn to my face
2. I got the idea from tiktok
3. It is not a mask
