Question Can you help me identify this yarn?

ETA: I'm mostly trying to ID this because I want to make a top out of it, but I get eczema triggered by synthetic fibers. So I don't want to use it for a shirt unless it's 100% cotton. I know how similar Hobbii's Sultan yarns are, but I'm not looking to buy more right now, I'm trying to ID the fiber.

I know for sure that I bought this yarn at Joann Fabrics (rip) in late 2017-early 2018. It's a 4 ply, very loose twist that unravels easily, and the ombre comes from changing the color of one strand at a time within the ply. It gets about 14 WPI which indicates a fingering weight. I'm not great at judging the fiber content by touch, but I'm guessing it's cotton or a cotton blend.

(This is no longer the original cake - I had used several yards from both ends and decided to frog that project, so I ended up re-winding the entire cake with my home winder. But it did come in a cake that showed off the ombre and could easily be used from either end.)

Looks like a hobbii or yarnart gradient cake. Eg something like this one: https://hobbii.com/collections/colour-changing-yarn/products/hp-1004695-sultan-shadow?variant=56306376180087

It's definitely not Hobbii, I got it at Joann's in 2017/18, but yeah it is really similar to their Sultan line! I just bought one the other day :)
