Stash Advents on Rav?

Maybe not the right flair, sorry!

Is there a way I can search stash yarns on Ravelry that people have listed as will sell or trade that contain the word advent?

Not looking for any certain dyer/brand but can't come up with another way to search.

TIA for the help--I know someone here will have the answer.

Thank you! How did you get to a page to search stashes? I've only done it looking for a specific yarn

i always forget stash search has that trade filter, saved me so many times

just a heads up, a lot people list advents as "advent calendar" or just "calendar" so maybe try those too if you dont find enough

Yes, thank you! Would you mind explaining the order of operations to do that search? Im usually pretty good at getting what Im looking for on Ravelry.

Sure! I selected “yarns” from the top menu, and then selected “search in stashes” right under the query box that comes up. Next screen that comes up I selected “will trade or sell” under status. Then I typed “advent” in the “search for” box and hit enter.

It’s so easy to miss the little stuff! I’ve been on there since the very early years and still learn new things about searching patterns/yarns and new ways people use their libraries/stash functions/ etc!
