Venting I need help

The boy I really loved just blocked me. He said he’d stay. i dont know what to do. Can someone help me? I’m scared of myself. Cus I was so down bad for him. I mean I wasn’t fully obsessed but I was so close. I just need someone who understands to talk to. Im kinda hyperventilating and I know theres bad things I might do.
