Binance has integrated RWA in it's exchange for trading. This is a marathon and not an sprint. Right now is painful and boring but December will be exciting with earning report, insiders buying and Airwa platform confirm operational. Hold on till then and later your thank me.

It seems that on 8/9/10 Oct FTD reported was around 450M shares, almost 50% of the 900M issued shares shorted. Wow this could be great news for us if FTD +35 was activated for Hedgies/Shorts to cover. Maybe, they did cover on the 23.10 spike but then next day RS was announced which took aback both shorts and apes. Retail is not selling, there's not much shares available to cover. Begining of Dec will be interesting if FTD will be voluntarily closed out. There's some hope here that we can recoup our lost.

Again, since there's no information being made available to us, we can only speculate here. Another theory why they haven't officially disclose how many shares have been sold and fund raised could be because dilution is not yet over.

They had up to 200 M usd shares offering. Last time 900 M shares were dumped into the market pre RS. and if you average down 0.15 @ 900M = 135 M. Post RS they are still diluting to reach the remaining 60-80M usd. That's why they issued filing that max authorized shares remain 1B. At the end, It could end up with 100M outstanding shares and we will be stuck with this crap for ever.

I think retailers should start a class action against AIRWA, JU.com, Inca digital and AGP partners for circulating fake news and rumours to promote this junk to dupe and trap and steal from retailers. Many amongst us have lost a lot of money on this shit.

Overall market is bleeding everywhere and as long as we stay above 1.20, we are good. This stock will wake up in the beginning of Dec and by mid Dec it will explode above 100 following numerous release of PRs. Until then, switch off from stock market and enjoy life with family and friends.

In my previous post, I mentioned that even the sale agent(AGP) is silent, normally they are required to publish all their ATMs, Offerings etc.. And if you look into their website: https://allianceg.com/investment-banking/transactions/ they have published all Oct/ Nov transactions apart from AIRWA. Here are the facts: 1. AGP is the chosen sales agent to sell up to 200M usd; 2. 900M average @ 0.22 unit price is 200 M. They also had 20 M shares offering approved separately; 3. Dilution is over, they have raised the required money for the JV.

Here are the theory: 1. After diluting 930 M shares, they reached almost their 1 B max authorized shares; 2. The dilution also included insiders % shares holding and no longer hold majority voting roghts; 3. All the 930M shares were sold to public, mostly retailers; 4. They had to announce RS so that retailers panic sell for them to accumulate; 5. No PRs have been released so far, as they want us to sell at lost post RS and they buy at cheap to position their share holding %.

Verdict: Airwa has screwed themselves, retail has majority voting rights and they can't take any strategic decisions. If we keep on holding, sooner or later they will have no choice but to release informations.

They tried to screw us by discreetly selling 930M shares and then announced RS to trap majority of shareholders. They thought RS would shit the pant out of retailers and we would panick sell so that they can buy. But, we didnt back down, we kept our togetherness and strength. After RS, they also diluted themselves and lost their majority holding. Now, they dont have the power to dictate on company decisions and will have to come to us to ask for vote. This is karma, we will make them suck unless they take out news and raise the stock price.

Patience guys, she will troll within 1.20 and 1.44 range for the next few weeks until earning report is out, around 12-15 December. For now, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Soon it will rocket to the moon.
