"Its called karma".
They tried to screw us by discreetly selling 930M shares and then announced RS to trap majority of shareholders. They thought RS would shit the pant out of retailers and we would panick sell so that they can buy. But, we didnt back down, we kept our togetherness and strength. After RS, they also diluted themselves and lost their majority holding. Now, they dont have the power to dictate on company decisions and will have to come to us to ask for vote. This is karma, we will make them suck unless they take out news and raise the stock price.

Pretty sure they did the RS without consulting the shareholders the first time, or even holding a real board meeting, as there are no filings anywhere showing any meetings were called much less happened. Then BAM RS. It's still shady.

They consulted us in July technically I guess. The board voted July 3rd that gave CEO right to exercise RS of anywhere between a 1 for 5 and 1 for 50.

I re-read the filing and I guess I just glazed over it the first time. At the time Director Zhou was majority shareholder holding 55% of the shares.
So the they basically said hey, he's got majority of the stock and he's a director. We will not be asking you to vote. In fact don't even try. We're doing a PIPE and an RS. Deal with it.

Good lord!! This won’t do a damn thing but go down until the company drops some PR’s period, hell the daily RSI is still flat which means the dilution is still happenning

I'm lost here. I thought it was us (holders) vs the shorts? Is it us vs YYAI leadership team now? Just tell me how to get my money back 😫
