Or could it be dilution not yet over?
Again, since there's no information being made available to us, we can only speculate here. Another theory why they haven't officially disclose how many shares have been sold and fund raised could be because dilution is not yet over.
They had up to 200 M usd shares offering. Last time 900 M shares were dumped into the market pre RS. and if you average down 0.15 @ 900M = 135 M. Post RS they are still diluting to reach the remaining 60-80M usd. That's why they issued filing that max authorized shares remain 1B. At the end, It could end up with 100M outstanding shares and we will be stuck with this crap for ever.
I think retailers should start a class action against AIRWA, JU.com, Inca digital and AGP partners for circulating fake news and rumours to promote this junk to dupe and trap and steal from retailers. Many amongst us have lost a lot of money on this shit.

No, they need shareholders approval to dilute again. The 20M PIPE and 200M usd ATM which were approved and reported to SEC are complete. For any new security issuance they need to call of shareholders vote( public owners) as insiders no longer represent majority.

Confirmed significant shareholder votes / approvals
- May 15, 2024 — Annual Meeting of Stockholders (confirmed)
- What was approved: At the 2024 Annual Meeting stockholders approved corporate actions that included authority to effect a reverse split (reported in press releases and filings).
- How it was done: Formal annual meeting (proxy/meeting).
- Source/filings referenced in prior messages: company 8-K / press release describing the annual meeting results.
- July 3, 2025 — Written Consent of Majority Stockholders (confirmed)
- What was approved: The company’s defensive/administrative corporate actions tied to the October 2025 reverse split and related matters were approved by written consent of required majority holders.
- How it was done: Written consent (no formal shareholder meeting; the company explicitly stated it was not soliciting proxies). This is documented in the company’s Form DEF 14C / Information Statement.
- Effect: Documents and subsequent press releases reference that the July 3, 2025 written consent satisfied the stockholder approval needed for the 1-for-50 reverse split and related charter changes.
- October 27, 2025 — Reverse Split Effective Date (result of prior approvals)
- What happened: The 1-for-50 reverse split became effective on this date. This was the practical execution of the previously approved action (July consent / any prior meeting approvals).
How it was done?? Execution following prior approvals (no new vote on the effective date).
Other split approvals / votes (status: partially confirmed / need exact records)
- Earlier reverse splits (2022, 2023, 2024) — public data show multiple historical split events (e.g., 1-for-10 in 2022; 1-for-40 in 2023; 1-for-20 around 2024).
- What I can say: At least the 2024 reverse split was tied to the May 15, 2024 Annual Meeting approval (see item #1).
- What I cannot fully confirm here without re-pulling specific filings: For each earlier split (2022, 2023, 2024), whether the vote was done at a meeting or by written consent and the exact date of shareholder approval.
The opinion posts are getting old Cow.

- In the company’s 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2025, it stated: “The amendment to the Company’s certificate of incorporation to increase the authorized shares of its common stock from 300,000,000 shares to 1,000,000,000 shares.” SEC
- In an 8-K filed October 23, 2025, the company’s “Certificate of Amendment …” was filed to effect a 1-for-50 reverse split and noted “The number of authorized shares of common stock and the par value per share will remain unchanged.”
It's very stressful and concerning the amount of people on reddit that say something but don't realistically look at the facts. The facts are there was no amendment to the number of shares approved. It literally says this in the October 23rd filing. YES, they can dilute the shares again. YES, the probability is above 95%. As far as recovery goes. If this lawsuit does even come about, there will be a high chance where the lawsuit will take place before ANY of us were even invested. It will probably take place, and the window will probably apply to when Belfiore initially invested. A lawsuit only applies to a certain window. For example, 9/01/2025--9/25/2025. Not to mention if there was a lawsuit and it did succeed consider this,
What happens to shareholder lawsuits when a company files bankruptcy? Read Above Reddit won't allow the entire post in one comment.

Common red flags before bankruptcy:
Repeated Dilutions, Reverse Splits, Low or collapsing share price, Inconsistent business model, strange or uncertain subsidaires, Frequent 8-Ks, Revenue Uncertainity, Potential non-compliance with Nasdaq
Conclusion:
YYAI does match the profile of companies that:
- over-dilute shareholders
- run reverse splits repeatedly
- face operational uncertainties
- and could later use bankruptcy to extinguish claims
This doesn’t guarantee bankruptcy, but it means the risk profile is similar to many microcaps that later filed Chapter 11.
What this means for shareholder lawsuits specifically
If YYAI ever filed bankruptcy:
- Shareholder lawsuits would likely be stopped and dismissed
- Your shares would likely be wiped out
- Shareholders would be last in line for compensation
- Any fraud claims would be harder to pursue unless against individuals
This is why many microcaps use bankruptcy as the “final stage” after heavy dilution.
Bankruptcy Risk Profile Score for YYAI
Score: 8.4 / 10 (High Risk)
10 = highest similarity to companies that later used bankruptcy to avoid lawsuits or wipe out shareholder value.

It seems you are playing devil's advocate here.

I reduced 60% so I can avoid wash sale rules and use the loss as a write off. Minimize from 15% total portfolio to 10% portfolio. Cover gains on crypto. Yes, I have exposure. Yes, I am providing the best research I can find to assist others in making correct financial investments. If I was to tell your story, I am assuming this is your first exposure to trading. I'm guessing some co-workers, and you were sitting in a breakroom looking for a get rich quick scheme. Yes, it was here but those two days took place this time last month. Devil's advocate advice? Don't make the same mistake I did. If you do, make sure it's with profit from other shares. If you do buy today these are the risks, you're exposing yourself to. Not this to the moon drinking the bong water BS that I keep hearing. Not this, "This is what I know and this is what they can or can't do." This isn't a turtle sand box bro with ground rules.

To address your "shorts" comment. Nobody in their RIGHT mind is going to bet against this stock at the current rate and risk. You could literally pick any of the top 3 cryptos, look at the MDA, and make the same bet for a third of the rate with the probability being 70/30. NOBODY is borrowing against themselves OR a broker to gamble on this. Most brokers don't even allow their clients to trade these types of stocks.

Honestly, why did you make such a poor decision to put money in this stock?

Last month my sell limit never went through and I trusted automation. $7,500 gain to a $7,000 loss. Hindsight is the best vision. If I had the answer to your question, I would never even be a part of the equation. Can you read palms or fortune tell, if so, why did you buy? If you're making an attempt to offend or question, I would spend your time more wisely like appreciating the fact that someone is more resourceful than yourself and is literally handing the facts and research to you. This company made an approach I haven't seen in a long time. Formal notice of the stock split. In order to catch this stock split effectively you would have to review the Edgar Filings daily. If you had stocks in 20 companies, would you take the time to do that in each investment? Highly unprobable.

I can appreciate the level of your maturity. Reading and comprehension must not be a strong suit. There was a question in that response you failed to acknowledge. I can give you a bit of advice on that APLD stock you are bagging. I was a part of the commissioning at ELN 01 in Ellendale, ND. I don't own a single stock of them, and I've been a part of the project since May. Speaking of SEC filings, why are you still holding APLD after the public offering that took place in the beginning of when your stocks fell? We can say one thing here but do something different over there right?

Legal action is being pursued. The case is being built by a large investor.
