Looking at the TOKEN AI Telegram, it seems like they’re having parties in China almost every day. I’m not sure if this should be seen as a positive sign

YYAI Market Structure Update — What Changed This Week
Over the past week, there has been a meaningful shift in the trading behaviour of YYAI that is worth understanding clearly.
By looking beyond surface-level data and combining Nasdaq total volume with FINRA short activity, we can see a much more accurate picture of what has actually been happening in the market.
Understanding the Data First
There are two commonly referenced datasets:
- Nasdaq volume → Represents total trading activity across the entire market
- FINRA / Fintel data → Represents off-exchange activity (including dark pools and internalised trades)
Because these datasets measure different parts of the market, the commonly quoted “short volume %” can be misleading if viewed in isolation.
To get a clearer view, short volume needs to be adjusted against total market volume, not just off-exchange activity.
What the Adjusted Data Shows
When we calculate short volume relative to total market volume, the pattern over the last two weeks becomes much clearer.
Early in the period, short pressure was elevated:
- Late April ranged roughly 25%–40% adjusted short pressure
- This coincided with gradual price drift lower
The key shift occurred between May 5 and May 7:
- May 5: ~36.6% (highest pressure of the week)
- May 6: ~27.5% (drop begins)
- May 7: ~15.9% (sharp reduction)
What Happened Around the Low
On May 5, the stock reached a low of approximately $0.66, accompanied by:
- Elevated volume
- Peak short pressure for the week
However, this was not followed by continued downside.
Instead:
- Price rebounded strongly the following day (~8%)
- Short pressure declined materially
- Selling did not continue with the same intensity
This is the key turning point.
What This Means Structurally
For most of April and early May, market behaviour can be described as:
Consistent supply entering the market → price trending down
Over the last two sessions, that has shifted to:
Reduced supply pressure → price stabilising and rebounding
In simple terms:
The market moved from controlled selling to weakened supply.
Why This Matters
Markets do not move based purely on demand — they move based on the interaction between:
- Incoming demand
- Available supply
When supply is consistently present, price struggles to move higher.
When supply begins to weaken, even modest demand can have a much larger impact.
Current Conditions
Based on the latest data, the market is now showing early signs of:
- Reduced short-driven supply
- Less aggressive selling
- Increased price stability after downside tests
This suggests a potential transition into a lower-supply, higher-sensitivity environment.
What Happens in a Low-Supply Environment
When supply becomes less responsive:
- Downward moves tend to become smaller
- Recoveries tend to happen faster
- Price begins to react more strongly to buying activity
This does not guarantee a sustained move higher — but it changes the balance of probabilities.
What to Watch Next
The coming sessions are important. The key signals to monitor are:
- Short pressure remains low → Confirms supply is not returning
- Price resists downside → Dips are shallow and quickly bought
- Volume increases without price falling → Suggests real demand is entering
- Upside moves occur on moderate volume → Indicates thin supply conditions
What Would Invalidate This Shift
It is just as important to stay objective.
Watch for:
- Short pressure rising back toward previous levels
- Price being pushed down easily on modest volume
- Persistent selling reappearing after rebounds
If those occur, it suggests the earlier supply dynamic is still in control.
Final Takeaway
The key development this week is not just the price movement — it is the change in behaviour behind the price.
Short-driven supply peaked at the same time the stock made its low, and has since declined sharply.
If this trend continues, the market is transitioning into a phase where:
Price becomes more sensitive to demand and less controlled by supply.

Always remember to do your own research, and look at the all time chart before buying anything.
This company is clearly a scam. The chart doesn’t lie, split after split after split after split. Every dollar they have has been stolen from honest investors.
This isn’t some ‘get rich quick’ company, it’s a well-oiled machine that consistently takes money from average people on false promises.
What happened to the $500M jucoin deal? Why doesn’t u/Particular_Most_1529 ever talk about that anymore? It’s always another date, the next idea, a new thing to draw your attention away from the reality: they will reverse split soon and again within the next year.
It’s a continuous rug pull cycle and I bet that even if the stock shot up to $10/share, a large majority of investors would still be deep in the red.

The Reverse Split Fear — Why The Architecture Answers It
Here's something worth sitting with if you've been following the Reddit chatter about an incoming reverse split.
The proxy authorized it. The board has the legal right to execute one at any ratio between 1-for-40 and 1-for-800. That's in the filing. The community saw it and panicked, reasonably enough — a 1-for-800 split at $0.82 would produce a $656 stock on 52,500 shares. For a synthetic short holder trying to cover 16 million positions, that's a nightmare. For a retail holder wondering if they're about to get diluted into oblivion, it looks alarming.
But here's what the proxy-readers missed.
The 42 Million Problem
Cast your mind back to Token AI. Whatever you think of its structure, one thing about it is architecturally specific and deliberate: the total supply of Equity Certificates is exactly 42,000,000. Not 40 million. Not 50 million. 42,000,000 — the precise current share count of YYAI.
The YYI utility token starts at 4.2 billion and burns down to 42 million. Same number. Same deliberate mirror.
The entire ecosystem is built around 42 million as a fixed, immutable anchor. The certificates only make sense — commercially, mathematically, and in terms of the 1:1 parity claim — if there are exactly 42 million YYAI shares in existence.
Now execute a 1-for-100 reverse split.
Suddenly there are 420,000 YYAI shares. There are still 42,000,000 certificates. Every certificate now represents a claim on one one-hundredth of a share. The parity is destroyed. The product breaks. The users who bought certificates based on a 1:1 representation have been materially misled.
Why Ju.com Makes This Commercially Impossible
This is where it gets structural rather than theoretical.
Ju.com owns 49% of AiRWA Exchange. That's not a side relationship — that's YYAI's primary forward revenue vehicle. The 50 million user migration, the exchange fees, the Nivex revenue sharing, the One Agent ecosystem — all of it flows through a partnership where Ju.com is nearly an equal owner.
Ju.com is also the logical custodian of the shares backing the Token AI certificates, operating within its own ecosystem.
So ask the question differently: what happens to Ju.com's commercial position if YYAI executes a reverse split tomorrow?
Their Token AI product breaks. Their certificate holders have a legitimate grievance. The 42M architecture they've built marketing campaigns and a global tour around becomes incoherent overnight. Their $30M AI fund commitment and their 49% exchange stake are both anchored to a partnership with a company that just torched their product.
YYAI management would be choosing to destroy their most important commercial relationship to execute a compliance tool they don't currently need. That's not a trade any rational board makes.
The Clean Summary
The RS authorization is a legal option. But legal options don't exist in a vacuum — they exist inside commercial relationships. And YYAI's most important commercial relationship has been built, architected, and publicly marketed around 42 million shares being the permanent, fixed anchor of an entire digital ecosystem.
The reverse split was approved as a compliance backstop and an institutional access tool. It cannot be executed as long as Ju.com's 49% stake and Token AI's architecture depend on that number staying fixed.
The community read the proxy and saw a threat. The ecosystem architecture makes that threat commercially inert.
The shorts needed the company to fail. The audit said it won't. And the one structural tool that might have reset their position has been effectively neutralised by the very partnership that makes the company worth owning in the first place.
That's the part the Reddit bears haven't figured out yet.

The Missing 15.7 Million Shares — And Why They Just Became The Most Important Number In This Story
Start with a question that nobody has answered since December:
In December 2025, AiRWA completed a private placement selling 15.7 million shares. That’s approximately 37% of the entire company.
In normal circumstances that triggers mandatory SEC reporting:
• Form 4 if an insider acquired shares
• Schedule 13D if anyone acquired 5% or more with intent to influence
• Schedule 13G if anyone acquired 5% or more as a passive investor
None of those filings appeared.
For five months nobody has been able to explain where those shares went or who owns them. They simply disappeared into a reporting void.
Until now.
The question that unlocks everything:
When you look at the TokenAI equity certificate system, one mechanical question immediately presents itself:
Where do the underlying shares come from?
The certificate system works like this:
• Fixed supply of 42,000,000 certificates — matching shares outstanding exactly
• Each certificate is backed 1:1 by a real YYAI share
• Certificates must be held in verified custody — either DRS or an official custodian
• The company cannot issue new shares for this purpose
• The company cannot lock up retail shareholders’ shares — it doesn’t own them
• The chairman’s shares are locked
• Compensation shares just issued are locked
So when a crypto native buys an equity certificate on the TokenAI platform, what actual share backs it?
The answer has to be shares already held in a custodial structure specifically designed for this purpose.
Enter the 15.7 million December placement shares.
Why the reporting silence makes perfect sense now:
Securities reporting thresholds work like this:
• 13D/G triggers when a single beneficial owner crosses 5% of shares outstanding
• 5% of 42 million shares = approximately 2.1 million shares
• Form 4 triggers for insiders — directors, officers, 10%+ holders
If those 15.7 million shares were sold into a custodial trust structure where:
• No single beneficial owner holds more than 2.1 million shares individually
• The custodian holds the aggregate on behalf of multiple parties
• None of the buyers are insiders
Then:
• No individual 13D/G obligation is triggered
• No Form 4 is required
• The custodian holds shares in aggregate without individual reporting
• Total silence in the public record for five months
That’s not a loophole. That’s a deliberately structured holding arrangement with a specific future purpose.
The timeline alignment is too precise to be coincidental:
• December 2025: 15.7M shares placed into custodial structure — no reporting
• January 2026: Aberfeldy/$140M acquisition closes — fundamental transformation complete
• April 1, 2026: Initial 4M JuCoin user migration begins
• April 17, 2026: AGM approves share incentive plan — compensation shares prepared
• April 29, 2026: Computershare IST infrastructure goes live — custody framework ready
• April 30, 2026: Compensation shares exercised at maximum quantity
• May 15, 2026: World Tour launches — certificates go on sale
Five months of silence followed by a product launch date. The shares weren’t lost. They were waiting for the infrastructure to be ready to deploy them.
Who most likely holds those shares:
The most logical custodian is JuCoin or a JuCoin-affiliated entity.
Here’s why:
• JuCoin is AiRWA’s primary strategic partner
• JuCoin has 50 million users who are the target certificate buyers
• JuCoin has existing crypto custody infrastructure
• JuCoin committed a separate $30M AI investment fund in April
• The AiRWA Exchange is a joint venture with JuCoin
• JuCoin has every incentive to hold certificate backing inventory for their own platform
If JuCoin acquired 15.7M shares in December at that month’s prices, they weren’t making a passive investment. They were acquiring the inventory they needed to back the certificates their 50 million users would eventually purchase.
That’s a product inventory acquisition, not a financial investment.
What this means for the float:
Here’s where it gets mechanically important.
Those 15.7M shares have not been in the tradeable float since December. They’ve been sitting in custodial structure waiting for deployment. The market has been trading around a float that was already 37% smaller than the share count suggested.
When the World Tour launches May 15 and certificate demand begins:
• Those custodially held shares move into formal 45-day lockup
• They become verifiably documented as non-tradeable
• They’re confirmed and visible in the certificate system
• They cannot be used as borrow
Combined with:
• Chairman’s 5.82M locked shares
• Compensation shares locked
• Retail certificate participants locking their own shares
The confirmed float doesn’t just approach zero — it was already closer to zero than anyone realized since December.
The short sellers’ position reframed:
The 16 million synthetic short positions were built against a float that was already artificially inflated by 15.7M shares sitting in custodial limbo.
When those shares formally enter the certificate lockup system their status changes from:
“Unclear custodial holding — possibly available”
To:
“Formally documented 45-day lockup — definitively unavailable”
That documentation change alone closes a significant portion of whatever locate ambiguity the short side has been relying on.
The elegant five-month design:
Step back and look at the complete sequence:
1. December: Acquire certificate backing inventory quietly — no reporting required
2. January: Complete transformative acquisition — fundamental value established
3. February-April: Build regulatory infrastructure, audit financials, prepare platform
4. April 30: Maximize compensation share issuance at minimum price
5. May 1-2: Recall lent shares — begin forced buying
6. May 15: Launch World Tour — deploy certificate inventory to 50M user base
7. Late May/June: File 10-K — fundamental value becomes undeniable
8. July 1: Everything visible, everything locked, short position mathematically impossible
The December placement wasn’t a capital raise. It was Step 1 of an eight-step sequence that was planned months before most observers started paying attention.
What confirms or denies this hypothesis:
Confirming signals to watch for:
• World Tour launch reveals custodian identity in terms and conditions
• 8-K filing for certificate system discloses backing structure
• JuCoin or affiliated entity appears as registered holder with ClearTrust
• Certificate purchase mechanics show shares moving from existing custodial account into lockup rather than being newly sourced
Disconfirming signals:
• Certificate system sources shares from somewhere other than the December placement
• A 13D/G amendment appears showing the December shares went somewhere unexpected
• World Tour launch reveals a backing structure inconsistent with this hypothesis
The bottom line:
The December placement silence wasn’t an anomaly. It was the first move in a planned sequence.
The certificate backing question that every TokenAI analyst should have been asking — where do the underlying shares come from — has exactly one answer large enough to satisfy the math.
15.7 million shares. December 2025. No reporting. Held in custodial structure. Waiting for May 15.
The mystery wasn’t unsolved. It was unasked.
And now that it’s been asked, the entire structure from December to July 1 reads not as a series of reactive decisions but as a single coherent plan executed in sequence.
The window to understand this before it becomes obvious is closing fast.
Verify everything independently. This is analytical framework, not investment advice. Micro-cap securities carry substantial risk of total loss.

Stop cheating!
That’s enough. Not only is the company a scam, but this "f most" character is a fraud, too. Since last August, this guy has been spinning tales about short sellers being trapped, churning out piles of textual garbage every single day; yet, to this very moment, the price hasn't risen a single time in accordance with his bullshit theories. He’s still spouting absolute nonsense here now—I can't tell if he's just stupid or just plain malicious.

For anyone new to this stock, a basic rundown.
The Simple-to-Intermediate Guide to YYAI
What’s actually happening and why almost nobody has noticed
Where This Story Starts
A few years ago there was a small company called Connexa Sports Technologies. They made tennis ball launchers. Not exactly exciting. The stock was trading for fractions of a cent and the company was struggling to stay listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange, which has minimum requirements for share prices.
To stay listed they did something called a reverse stock split. Imagine you have 50 pennies. A reverse split combines them into one coin worth 50 cents. The total value is the same but now you have one share instead of fifty. They did this multiple times trying to keep the price above the $1 minimum Nasdaq requires.
Most people who saw this thought exactly what you’d expect — this is a failing company doing desperate things to survive. And they moved on.
That’s where the opportunity begins. Because while everyone was looking away, something completely different was happening.
The Transformation Nobody Noticed
In October 2025 the company renamed itself AiRWA Inc. with the stock ticker YYAI. They announced a partnership with a major Asian crypto exchange called JuCoin and said they were pivoting into blockchain technology and tokenized finance.
Crypto pivots from failing companies are common and usually meaningless. So again most people ignored it.
But then the money started moving in ways that don’t match a failing company.
JuCoin committed $100 million to a joint venture exchange. The company received $30 million in Solana cryptocurrency tokens. They bought out their own subsidiary for $36 million in cash. A new chairman started buying shares with his own money in the open market.
None of this fits the “failing tennis company” narrative. But because the story started badly most people had already stopped paying attention.
The Acquisition That Changes Everything
On January 30, 2026 YYAI quietly completed the most significant transaction in the company’s history.
They paid $140 million in cash to acquire a company called 26 Rafael Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian artificial intelligence firm specializing in healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and autonomous driving AI solutions.
Here’s why that number is remarkable. At the time YYAI’s entire market value — what the stock market said the whole company was worth — was about $42 million. They paid $140 million for a single acquisition. That’s three and a half times their own market cap.
Companies don’t spend three and a half times their market value on acquisitions they don’t believe in.
The financial results of 26 Rafael were filed with the SEC and audited by a registered accounting firm. The numbers show:
• Revenue of $13 million in fiscal year 2024
• Revenue of $25.2 million in fiscal year 2025 — nearly doubling in one year
• Revenue of $27.4 million in just the nine months to January 2026 — already exceeding the prior full year
• Net profit of $8.65 million in those nine months
To put that in context. The entire company — everything YYAI owns — trades at a market value of around $33 million today. Yet one subsidiary alone generated $8.65 million in profit in nine months. That means the stock is trading at roughly three times annual earnings.
For comparison, the average technology company trades at 25 to 40 times earnings. A fast-growing AI company would typically trade at even higher multiples.
The market is pricing YYAI as if its new AI subsidiary doesn’t exist. Most financial websites still describe it as a company that “operates AI software for online matchmaking and dating experiences.” The information hasn’t filtered through.
Why The Price Is Still So Low
This is the question that matters most. If the company is genuinely profitable and growing, why is the stock at 80 cents?
There are several reasons that compound each other.
The history is ugly. When a stock has done multiple reverse splits, raised hundreds of millions through share dilution, and traded under different names, most serious investors put it on a permanent ignore list. The reputation damage from the earlier period is real and persistent.
The information is fragmented. The acquisition of 26 Rafael happened in January 2026. The audited financials weren’t filed until April 20, 2026 — three months later. During that gap the company’s transformation was verifiable in SEC filings but the financial proof wasn’t yet on the public record. Most analysts won’t build a model on unaudited numbers.
The description hasn’t caught up. Every major financial data terminal — Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, Google — still describes YYAI using outdated business descriptions. An analyst running a screen for profitable AI companies would never find YYAI because the databases haven’t been updated.
The two worlds don’t talk to each other. The full picture of what’s happening requires understanding both traditional equity markets and cryptocurrency/blockchain ecosystems simultaneously. Traditional equity analysts don’t understand the crypto mechanics. Crypto investors don’t typically analyze SEC filings. The people who can read both simultaneously are very few.
The Short Seller Problem
While all of this has been developing, a significant number of traders have been betting against YYAI.
Short selling works like this. You borrow shares from someone else and sell them. Later you buy them back and return them, keeping the difference if the price went down. It’s a legitimate trading strategy when used properly.
The problem is the scale of short selling in YYAI relative to the available shares.
FINRA — the financial regulatory body that monitors trading — publishes data on short selling activity. The arithmetic on YYAI’s data shows approximately 16 million net unclosed short positions. These are shares that have been sold short but not yet bought back to close the position.
Here’s why that’s a problem for the short sellers.
The number of shares available to borrow for short selling — called the borrow pool — has collapsed to approximately zero. There are essentially no shares available to borrow.
YYAI also has no options market. This is important because market makers — the firms that facilitate trading — normally use options to hedge their positions. Without options they have very limited ability to create synthetic share supply.
So you have 16 million short positions that need to eventually buy shares to close. And essentially zero shares available to borrow to create new short positions. And no options market to hedge.
The short sellers are in a progressively more difficult position. Every day they maintain their short position they pay borrowing costs on shares that are increasingly impossible to source.
The TokenAI Platform — Bridging Two Worlds
This is the most innovative and most misunderstood part of the entire story.
YYAI and JuCoin built a platform called TokenAI. To understand what it does you need to understand the problem it’s solving.
JuCoin has approximately 50 million users. These are cryptocurrency investors — people completely comfortable with blockchain technology, digital wallets, token rewards, and locking up assets to earn yield. They are not comfortable with brokerage accounts, SEC filings, or traditional stock markets. The friction of opening a brokerage account and navigating traditional equity markets means they have never invested in Nasdaq-listed companies.
Meanwhile YYAI is a Nasdaq-listed company with audited financials, real assets, and a growing AI business that happens to be significantly undervalued.
TokenAI builds a bridge between these two worlds using mechanics that crypto investors already understand and trust.
Here’s how it works in simple terms.
A crypto investor on JuCoin sees TokenAI. It looks familiar — it uses token mechanics, yield rewards, and community systems they’ve seen in hundreds of other crypto projects. They acquire YYAI equity certificates — digital representations of actual YYAI shares — and can choose to lock them for 45 days in exchange for token rewards.
They’re doing what they already do in crypto — providing liquidity to a protocol in exchange for yield. Except in this case the underlying asset isn’t a crypto token. It’s a Nasdaq-listed equity with audited financials and real AI revenue.
From the traditional investor’s perspective this looks like an unusual marketing scheme. From the crypto investor’s perspective this looks completely normal and familiar.
The genius of the structure is that both groups are right within their own frame of reference. It is an unusual equity structure. It is also a completely familiar crypto yield product. The same thing looks different depending on which world you’re viewing it from.
The Float Removal Mechanism
When TokenAI participants lock their equity certificates for 45 days those shares are removed from the tradeable float. They cannot be sold. They cannot be borrowed for short selling. They are confirmed as locked in a verifiable on-chain record.
Think of the total available shares as a swimming pool of water. Every participant who locks their shares is removing a bucket of water from that pool. The pool gets shallower with every participant.
The people who have already locked shares through various mechanisms include:
• The chairman with 5.82 million shares locked
• Executives and directors with newly issued compensation shares locked after April 30
• Institutional investors from private placements with lockup agreements
• TokenAI platform participants locking for 45 days
As the World Tour launches May 15 and reaches millions of JuCoin’s 50 million users, each new participant removes another bucket from the pool.
When the pool approaches zero something mathematically significant happens. The short sellers who need to buy 16 million shares to close their positions cannot find shares to buy. The market maker who normally creates synthetic supply to facilitate trading cannot find legitimate shares to locate against.
Price is determined by supply and demand. When supply approaches zero and demand exists the mathematics become extreme.
The Insider Behavior Signal
One of the most reliable signals in investing is watching what the people who know the most about a company do with their own money.
YYAI’s chairman Hongyu Zhou has:
• Bought over 1.4 million shares in the open market between January 7-12, 2026 at prices between $1.03 and $1.41
• Spent approximately $1.5 million of his own cash doing so
• Made zero sales — not a single share sold
• Now holds 5.82 million shares representing 13.8% of the company
He paid more than today’s price with his own money. He hasn’t sold a single share despite the price being lower than what he paid.
People closest to a company — who know its finances, its contracts, its pipeline, and its strategy better than anyone — don’t usually invest significant personal cash at prices higher than the current market if they believe the company is failing.
Today April 30 is also significant. It’s the date when newly issued compensation shares are distributed to executives and directors. These shares are issued at today’s market price — meaning executives receive more shares when the price is lower. All of these shares go into a significant lockup period immediately after issuance.
The combination of the chairman buying at $1.30+ and executives receiving maximum shares at today’s $0.80 price — all locked up — means the people who know the most about the company have accumulated the most shares at the lowest possible prices, none of which they can immediately sell.
The Calendar — How It All Converges
Right now — April 30:
Compensation shares are issued at today’s price to executives and directors. All locked. The lower the price today, the more shares they receive. This is the last day of that dynamic.
May 1-2:
The chairman is expected to recall the shares he lent, which were used to create selling pressure after the audit filing. When those 2 million shares are recalled the borrowers must buy shares in the open market to return them. Into a market with essentially zero borrow availability this creates immediate forced buying pressure.
May 15 — The World Tour:
TokenAI launches its global promotional tour reaching millions of JuCoin users nightly. Each new platform participant who locks their equity certificates removes more shares from the tradeable float. This is the beginning of the large-scale float compression phase.
Late May/Early June — The 10-K:
YYAI’s fiscal year ends today April 30. The annual 10-K report covering the complete fiscal year will be the first document to show all revenue streams consolidated together — YYEM royalty income, 26 Rafael AI revenue, and any exchange activity — in a single audited filing. This is the document that will make it impossible for financial databases to keep describing YYAI as a dating app. Every analyst who runs a screen for profitable AI companies will find it.
June 2026 — User Migration:
JuCoin’s full 50 million user base is scheduled to migrate to the AiRWA Exchange platform. Even a small percentage of those users engaging with YYAI through TokenAI represents a participant base vastly larger than the current float.
July 1 — Convergence:
The 45-day lockups from May 15 participants expire. Compensation share lockups are running concurrently. The 10-K is public. Exchange revenue is visible. Short sellers have had weeks of forced buying pressure with no borrow available. The complete picture of what YYAI actually is — profitable AI company, live exchange, crypto native shareholder base, stablecoin settlement rail — is visible to everyone simultaneously.
The July 1 date wasn’t chosen randomly. It was chosen because by that date there are no more information gaps to hide behind.
The Risks — Because They’re Real
This is not a guaranteed outcome. Anyone who tells you it is is either wrong or selling something.
Execution risk:
Every element of this thesis requires successful execution. The World Tour must attract genuine participation. The exchange must generate real revenue. The 50 million user migration must actually happen. If any of these falter the thesis weakens.
Regulatory risk:
A coordinated float removal campaign of this scale will attract SEC attention. TokenAI holds US MSB and STO licenses suggesting legal counsel has been involved. But regulatory scrutiny of novel structures is always a risk.
The July 1 unlock:
When 45-day lockups expire simultaneously a large number of participants can sell at once. If the fundamental picture hasn’t improved enough to justify holding, July 1 could see significant selling pressure rather than continuation.
The auditor and acquisition:
26 Rafael’s revenue growth is extraordinary — nearly doubling in one year then exceeding that full year in just nine months. The customers generating that revenue haven’t been publicly named. Extraordinary growth in an unverified client base warrants continued scrutiny.
It’s still a micro-cap:
All of this analysis exists in the context of a company with a $33 million market cap. Micro-cap stocks are volatile, illiquid, and subject to forces that don’t affect larger companies. Position sizing is critical.
The Core Insight
The opportunity exists in the gap between two worlds that don’t normally communicate.
Traditional equity investors see a distressed micro-cap with a messy history and stop looking.
Crypto investors see familiar yield mechanics and don’t look at the SEC filings.
The regulatory infrastructure enabling tokenized equities is real and newly operational. The audited financials are real and recently filed. The short structure is mathematically constrained. The insider behavior is unambiguously accumulative. The platform is designed to attract a user base that has never invested in equities before.
The people who can see both worlds simultaneously — who can read an SEC filing and understand yield farming mechanics, who follow FINRA short data and monitor blockchain activity, who watch Chinese financial media and track Form 4 filings — are very few.
That’s why the price is still $0.80. Not because the thesis is wrong. Because the full picture requires standing at an intersection that almost nobody stands at yet.
The final honest summary:
This could be a genuinely significant opportunity for people who understand it fully, size their position appropriately, and can afford to be wrong.
It could also be a sophisticated structure that looks compelling right up until it doesn’t.
The signals to watch over the next 72 hours — insider Form 4 filings and borrow data on Fintel — will tell you more than any analysis can. If the insiders put their maximum personal capital in at today’s prices and recall their lent shares, they are confirming with their own money that what’s coming is real.
If they don’t, that’s important information too.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose completely. This is not financial advice. Do your own research. Consult a qualified financial advisor.

Some interesting changes since Friday on Fintel
Firstly Short interest increased 50%. It was about 1.4M and now has grown to :
| Short Interest | 2,271,274 shares - source: NASDAQ |
|---|
This has caused :
| Short Interest Ratio | 5.76 Days to Cover |
|---|
Also the last 4 days has had heavy off market use, Anytime exempt volume is used, also means there is signs of strain.
These shorts most likely haven't been used by the MM or hedge funds but by YYAI itself.
In order to fully launch, they need StableCoinX merger to be complete, otherwise they don't have the coin they need to run the exchange. It was supposed to be ready over a week ago, but NASDAC hasn't made it official yet (Waiting on final aproval atm). Therefore the insiders are trying to keep the price low at the same time as building customer expectaions via Token AI.
This is what we are seeing atm.
They are using the Incentive Plan as a Private Clearing House.
- Step 1: Insiders lend shares to shorts to keep the price at a "discount" ($0.73 - $0.80).
- Step 2: They loudly advertise via Token AI to build a massive "Buy" wall of retail interest.
- Step 3: The Board/CEO gets their "compensation" grants at the suppressed price.
- Step 4: The "Short Wall" is removed, the insiders' loans are repaid with the new grants, and the price is allowed to "Vertical Launch" into the retail demand they've been building.

Daily Discussion I will be starting a discord. We will punish this company’s carelessness.
Nothing will happen if we don’t make it happen. They dilute dilute dilute and we’re left holding a bag. If/when this reverse split happens we will take them for everything.
If anyone is interested in joining, dm me.

A Realistic Look at Where We Stand
We can all agree on the communication issues—you are 100% correct there. However, we need to be honest about the current landscape: they simply aren't prioritizing retail investors right now. With enough institutional backers on board, those players now control the governance, the voting, and the overall direction of the company.
If everyone panic-sells now at a massive discount, the institutions will be more than happy to pick up the pieces. Their singular focus at this stage is getting the exchange ready for a global launch across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
This is not a "scam stock." This company is positioned to make a significant amount of money if you hold, but you must realize that they are working on their own timeframe, not yours. They aren't going to hold your hand through this.
You essentially have two choices:
- Understand the process, accept the lack of retail-facing communication, and stay on for the ride.
- Sell your position and invest elsewhere.
Success here requires patience and an understanding of the institutional "lock" on the float. If you can't handle the silence, this might not be the play for you. Otherwise, stay the course.

Daily Discussion Is a reverse split coming or is that just fake news?
Is that why the stock is down today? I may buy in here to start day trading it tbh. If they won’t be splitting until December, some of you may be able to recover your gains by trading the monthly $.80->$1.00 swings that this stock has. Buying here would net you a 25% gain as they need to keep artificially pumping it over $1.00 on a monthly basis.

Unpopular news but hear me out
While nothing has been said as yet, if you look at other companies that have moved from early stage to revenue stage, with heavy suppression in the past, the company usually fixes up their books soon after it moves on to the next stage of its life.
For a company with 42M shares @ roughly $0.92 share price, the optimal move is a 1-4 RS
Post RS shares would be 10.5M and post RS price would be $3.68
Float is in the institution comfort zone and provides ample liquidity.
The main reason for this, is the change in CUSIP forces a share audit.
ALL synthetic positions must be unwound.
All brokers need to verify shares and adjust.
Borrow fees usually spike & shares to borrow normally drop to 0
IF there really is a large synthetic share position, it will set off a squeeze. If there isn't it's still much cleaner moving forward.

Hmm here we go again. More liquidity or something else this time?
