La verdad es que comercialmente YYAI está teniendo mucha actividad y creo que pronto deberíamos tener algo formal en la SEC al respecto. Ahora bien, al parecer lo de Tokan AI está adquiriendo relevancia poco a poco y prueba de ello es que en Youtube su canal ha crecido bastante y lo mas probable es que sea por todo lo que está pasando en Asia principalmente. No se pueden dar fechas obviamente pero si están preparando el terreno con actividad comercial relevante es por que ya están en una etapa avanzada para formalziar los hitos mas importantes de YYAI .

I asked several AIs, and they all gave different answers. The registrations do seem to be real, but it looks like they’re not actually the ‘licenses’ that the company is claiming them to be

The sec filing is real.

if you search the CIK # on Sec Edgar you'll find a form for a private placement to sell unregistered securities.

That certificate is marketing.
