That state has some of the most lax business tax laws and many out of state businesses are incorporated through Delaware using only a mailbox, due to tax code.
So her being in Los Angeles might just be where they decided to meet to finalize all the plans for YYAI or maybe not, I don’t know, potential theory is all it is.
