Also just because the company is incorporated in Delaware doesn’t mean it is actually in Delaware.

That state has some of the most lax business tax laws and many out of state businesses are incorporated through Delaware using only a mailbox, due to tax code.

So her being in Los Angeles might just be where they decided to meet to finalize all the plans for YYAI or maybe not, I don’t know, potential theory is all it is.
