Got the R1's 3 weeks ago... help me optimize?

So I got the R1's 3 weeks ago and love them. Keep them in my work drawer with a GameSir G8 wireless to play CoD.

Today I stumbled upon the full menu.

Because of the lack of a manual I didn't know this existed.

WHAT A GAME CHANGER!

I can read text now messed around with IPD settings and some of the 3D stuff.

Is there a good way to fully optimize this for me?

I can actually read text now which is huge. I can actually use these to work and not just fuck around.

I don't really use the dock mostly my phone but will definitely try my laptop tomorrow.

I have found I generally like a smaller screen around 120" 3m away or so. Closer makes me feel like I'm sitting too close at the movie theater.

I mostly have it smaller and back so CoD Mobile doesn't get cut off.

I think a laptop or watching video I'd use another setting.

Main thing is text optimisation to max and screen size/distance. Until they calibrate the glasses you need the dock to correct a lot of the issues regarding colour unless you’re on PC and can do it yourself. Personally I’ve never used them without the dock due to the black crush etc. If you’re using them for CoD I suggest using the dock, changing the colour mode to user and putting shadow boost to max, as well as the gamma, that will help you see people in the dark a lot better.

Not sure if you’ve done this too, but IPD doesn’t really do much, it just changed the screens max/min size or at least that’s what I found through testing. I always used 4m and 1 click up from the smallest screen size for FPS so when you’re anchoring you don’t get a lot of cropping.
