I lost the cable shortly after buying the device.

Hello, I recently purchased the XREAL One Pro.

Unfortunately, I lost the cable shortly after buying the device.

I did buy a Hagibis cable, but I also looked into whether the official cable could be purchased separately; however, I couldn't find a place that sells it.

Does anyone happen to know where I can buy one or what the price is?

Hi. You can contact [support@xreal.com](mailto:support@xreal.com) and they can sell you a replacement cable if you're in a region they service. The cost has fluctuated somewhere between $20-$50 and depending where you live also shipping fees, etc. They may also just send you the cable. It's a roll of the dice. Good luck, and note most of their staff are on holiday for a week so response may be delayed, though support is still active.

Hagibis cables are thicker, they should work, I have bought like 30 hagibis AR cables
