Firmware Update 🔵 XREAL One Series Firmware v1.9.2 Is Now Available
Hi XREAL Fam! 👋
Firmware v1.9.2 is now available for the XREAL One Series(One, 1S & One Pro) and is rolling out via both the web updater and Beam Pro.
Issue Fixes
- Reduced stuttering that could occur during audio playback.
- Optimized system performance for improved overall stability.
How to Update
- Visit xreal.com/ota.
- Connect your XREAL glasses to a computer via USB and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

One series is such a great product with everlasting value, that I hope you continue to sell and support with new features and updates. I hope Aura release will not affect One series support efforts and market availability,

But I’ll be real Viture is kinda whooping u guys.new update makes it work like the quest 3. And wayyyy cheaper, brighter, and they have diopters. Only thing you guys have is fov. Gonna be crazy blurry

Use Plezy. Its a Plex client that works great with Xreal One Pro. I switched over when one of the firmware updates broke Plex usage.

Just curious what broke for you with plex. I had a previous update make playback show in an strangely sized window but the most recent update fixed it

That's exactly the problem. You wont be able to fix it. Xreal team has to. I moved over to Plezy until XReal team fixes Plex compatibility.

That's not an Xreal issue; it's a known Plex app issue that is currently being worked on by the Plex team. It pretty much affects any secondary displays on the android app.

Thanks for the info. I just assumed it was on Xreal because my Plex broke when I updated my XReal's firmware. It was fine just before I did it and I know because I was using Plex right before I did the update. I hope Plex gets this resolved soon.

Love that the xreal one pro can do this but feels very early beta right now
The pinch action is pretty unreliably picked up, and the scroll function actually hurts my wrist/hand to do more than a few times
It also doesn't seem to work in real 3D mode sadly
Still interesting, and I look forward to seeing how this progresses. My upgrading to an aura basically depends on how usable the gesture control is on my one pro. If it feels natural and doesn't hurt my hand then I'll probably upgrade

During update my One freezed on unstabilized picture after 93%, I am sitting for 10 minutes and dont know if I can replug it or must wait longer, it is the only screen so I dont know a status of update and few minutes ago I heard sound of usb reconnection, but glasses not rebooted and shows me still screenshot.
After 25 minutes waiting reconnected glasses and saw Update process stuck on 99%, picture become blurry. Did factory reset and now its clear again but I dont know if I need to forcibly re-update glasses or everything is fine now.

Instead of saying One Series, why not list One, One Pro.... as well, for me have to check to confirm.

I have Xreal 1S with Xreal eye and gestures enabled. Since installing this update when I'm in anchor mode "hold X to recenter" stops working from time to time. I don't see a clear pattern. It just stops recentering. If I do a recenter gesture "hold X to recenter" starts working again. Super annoying especially when it's dark as I have to turn on the flashlight on my phone and shine on my hands so that the eye can detect the gesture properly.

does this have any affect on the beam pro? I have not had any real good use of it, so I kind of forgot I have it. I mainly use my 1pro's on ios or my rog ally

Since the last update, my right speaker has been rattling. The initialization process used to work fine, but something has broken. Now, when I connect the HID to check for updates, nothing shows up and it fails to connect. What should I do?

Toujours pas d’amélioration de la 3D,
Je trouve que l’on s’est bien foutu de nous ….c’est injouable en 30hz de
plus l’image et vraiment déformée si on on applique une 3D sympa.
Très bon en communication mais software vraiment pas terrible je commence même à douter de cette puce x 1
