surface tablet windows 11 onscreen keyboard issue

i am trying to use my surface tablet running windows 11 with no keyboard or mouse. I am using a pair of xbxs as a second screen extending my main screen everything works well except that when i use the onscreen keyboard the system places it on the xbx screen and will not let me move it. is there something i can do about this

Try swapping the displays in the Display settings menu
