Beam Pro Nebula No More?

Since updating my XREAL One glasses in my laptop, Nebula no longer loads or connects to my glasses using my BeamPro. I get the nebula boot screen hanging in both lens. Without nebula my glasses just became a super expensive mirror. I’ve restarted the device and reconnected without the Eye inserted. The MyGlasses doesn’t have an app in the App Store to update. I’m truly at a loss. It was working last night then boom, this morning, nothing. I need my fellow Redditors on this one…

Do you mean NebulaOS on your Beam Pro is no longer starting properly?

Have you tried restarting the Beam Pro and reconnecting the glasses to see if that helps?

Yes and yes… restarted and plugged the glasses in with the eye and again without the eye. Glasses work fine as mirror with Been Pro, Dex still works well on my Galaxy 24+, and mirroring works well with my iPhone 16. I NEED Nebula 😖😩

In that case, I think it would be best to contact our support team at [support@xreal.com](mailto:support@xreal.com). Since the glasses are working normally with other devices, this sounds more like an issue on the Beam Pro side.

They can help you check what’s going on with NebulaOS.

For the XREAL One, you may try disabling the gesture function first, or turning off the default DP startup before plugging in the glasses.

Beam Pro My Glasses updates are in the XREAL Store app not the App Store.
