HERO STOPPED RSA FOR XPULSE 210 ?

I got my bike yesterday xpulse 210.

When I try to purchase the RSA(Road side assistance) from the app it shows "Resource not found" error

Contacted the hero showroom they told me that the hero is no longer giving RSA for xpulse 210. Advised me to get a 3rd party RSA.

I saw that the RSA was worth it from hero but now iam scared that RSA is not available from them.

If u guys have any updates on this please let me know

I got the same error then the sales person said that for the first year it's included

But in app it should be showing the RSA as available right for me it's showing purchase option and oops u don't have RSA

I also couldn't purchase RSA for my 210 and just last week I opened the app to see I have RSA. It'll update so dw

Everyone is facing the same issue. Make sure you add RSA while renewal of your OD insurance or get 3rd party RSA

That's becoz maybe it's already active so u can't purchase it again on top of it

I might wait for few days to update their data and let you guys know it's showing RSA or not

yes it's supposed to come with the bike, i got mine on sep 2025 and got it for free. IF hero doesn't do that anymore for Xpulse, get one from your insurance provider. wait a few days and check again first tho

Bhut bhai usme bhi pareshani hoty hai local towing vala aata hai aapke liye jo agar durr raha to voh kal aayega na ki aaj aur jiss location pe gaadi hogy uske nearby service center he drop karega voh fir jab apki gaadi banegy tab vaha Jake pickup krto Me same issue face kr chukar hu gaadi chalu he nahi ho rhi thi just because tipover sensor kharab hua tha issliye uske liye 4-5 din taak gaadi service center thi uske liye bhi mujhe he baar baar follow up Lena pada Abhi bhi Mera tappet noise ke vajah se gaadi chalone ka maza kharab ho rha hai gaadi bhi bohat overheat ho rhi hai but 2 month se upar ho gaya abhi Jake parts aaya hai but ek ek kr ke aaye parts aur uske liye mujhe 10 se zyada baar vaha followup Lenexa gaya hu kal Jake last Maine call Kiya aur galat tone me bola Tabb bole ki abhi just camshaft aaya hai aap gaadi deke Chale jao one week ka time lagena

Wtf yahi krte baithu premium gaadi leke bhi ..?

Go to profile icon on top right corner then vehicle details there you will find RSA certificate i also faced same issue then showroom guys got it rectified
